I am trying to change the way I think and feel. I feel sad, angry, resentful, lonely, unworthy, ugly, stupid, wierd, unlikeable a lot of the time. I have cried many nights in bed since I was a little girl. I don't want to cry anymore. As a way of helping me replace these thoughts and feelings I am going to write about ONE good thing that I have done, have, or recieved every day.
Today I decided to re-connect with God, what can be better than that?
